To create and promote a professional resident dance company to present significant stage and film musical dance works with the integrity to which they were created, to entertain, educate and inspire audiences with historical accuracy of style and technique.
• To demonstrate the value of theater dance choreography through careful research and reconstruction, our utmost respect for how the dance relates to the source of the choreographers inspiration and do justice to those works that stand alone as outstanding entertainment.
• To maintain a core company of dancers and employ guest artists who possess the style and technical requirements necessary to best interpret the work.
• To present live show stopping musical theater and film dance works at home in New York City and on tour, to fulfill our mission to entertain, educate and inspire audiences with historical accuracy of style and technique.
• To establish ADM21 as "A Living Archive" of musical theater choreography."

We are grateful to the talented contributing artists who imparted their experience and knowledge as they reconstructed dances for our studio showings. It is vital to our process to have their support in order to not only present the original choreography, but to capture the original intent and style.
Our special appreciation to Susan Stroman and Nicole Fosse who graciously came to rehearsals to offer their invaluable coaching tips.
We acknowledge our talented and dedicated artists who inspire us and give life to ADM21… now and forever.
